The Colleyville Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking a full-time Public Relations Coordinator. This position is responsible for all marketing and public relations efforts for the Chamber, including the content and design of all marketing materials, broadcast emails, website, bi-monthly publication, e-newsletters and annual membership directory. This person will write and distribute press releases, keep an updated list of media contacts and provide media with information for all Chamber events and activities. This person will be responsible for selling advertising space in the bi-monthly publication, annual membership directory and website.

Required Competencies:
The ideal candidate will have the ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work effectively under deadline pressures with minimal supervision. He/She must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite 2. To succeed in this position, the candidate has to have strong sales skills, design experience and excellent writing skills. Experience with updating websites preferred but not required.
